Group payment policy 
Reykjavik Backpackers requires 15% deposit when confirming a group booking (booking of 8 or more guests). The deposit is refundable up until 28 days before arrival, after that it is non-refundable. The remaining 85% needs to be paid in full at least 14 days prior to arrival. If these conditions are not met it may result in your group booking being cancelled. 

Group cancellation policy 
Any cancellations and changes to a group booking have to be done at least 14 days prior to arrival. Changes to a group booking within 14 days of arrival are not possible.

• If a group booking is cancelled or changes made within the group with more than 28 days notice no fee will be charged and the deposit is refunded.
• If a group booking is cancelled or changes made within the group with less than 28 days notice but more than 14 days the deposit is non-refundable but no extra fee will be charged
• If a group booking is cancelled or changes made within the group within 14 days of arrival neither the deposit nor the final payment are refundable.
